Not exclusive: the beat stays on sale. The producer keeps 50% of the master and 50% of the publishing of any song you make with it, and is credited as producer.
Own it outright
Exclusive: the beat comes off sale for good. You owe the producer a credit as producer, and nothing else. Leases sold before stay valid.

What do I get when I pay?
The beat's files straight away, on this page, and a licence made out to your legal name that you can print or save. Both stay under Your beats whenever you sign in.
Can I lease a beat and buy full rights later?
Yes, while it is still on sale. Once somebody buys full rights, it is off sale for good, though every lease sold before stays valid.
How is the producer paid?
The producer gets most of every sale, and ARIA's share covers the card fees. Credit the producer wherever your song's credits appear: every licence asks for that.
