On time, or you don't pay setup
We are set up before your first guest arrives.
We arrive early, load in quietly, and are sound-checked and ready ahead of your start time. Every time.
If we are not fully set up by your agreed start time, your entire setup fee is waived and we take $100 off the balance.Silence never happens
Backup gear is on site, always.
A second controller, spare speaker, spare cables, and a redundant music library travel to every single event, whatever the package.
If equipment failure causes more than 10 minutes of dead air, we refund 50% of your booking. Over 30 minutes, the event is free.Your list is the law
We play your music, not our ego.
Your must-play list gets played. Your do-not-play list never does. Not by request from a guest, not because it would "work" in the moment.
If we play anything from your do-not-play list, we refund $250 on the spot, no argument.Book with confidence

Venues move, plans shift, life happens. Your retainer moves with you to any open date within 12 months.
If we cannot accommodate a new date you propose, your retainer is refunded in full.
