Terms of Service
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms apply when you book a studio session or DJ service with ARIA Records LLC, buy from the ARIA store, book a crew or a monthly plan on 3M, or use this website. Booking or buying with us means you agree to them.
Booking & payment
- Hourly studio sessions and flat-rate mixing or mastering are paid in full at booking.
- Studio packages of 4 hours or more and the Complete Song Package take a non-refundable retainer at booking of half the price you pay (after any credit or discount), rounded up to a whole dollar, with the balance due before or at your session. We email a payment link for the remainder.
- 2-hour studio packages are paid in full at booking.
- DJ events require a non-refundable retainer to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before the event.
- DJ events must be booked at least 8 hours in advance through this site. For anything sooner, call us.
Your time is held only once payment is received. Prices shown are for the services described and do not include travel outside our normal service area unless stated.
Retainers, changes & cancellations
- Retainers are non-refundable. They hold a date we then turn other work away for.
- Studio sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Under 24 hours, the session may be treated as used.
- You may move a DJ booking once, free of charge, to any available date within 12 months. If we cannot accommodate a date you propose, your retainer is refunded in full.
- If we cancel for any reason other than those covered below, you receive a full refund of everything paid.
Our guarantees
We publish specific guarantees on our studio and DJ pages. Those guarantees are part of these terms and we will honour them as written. To claim one, tell us in time. For the studio guarantees that happen in the room (your first session, and time lost to a problem on our side), tell us before you leave the session. For late files, or a mix we cannot get where you want it, tell us as soon as it happens. For an event, tell us on the day. A new date we cannot give you is covered under Retainers above.
Guarantees cover our performance, not outcomes outside our control: weather, venue restrictions, power failures, guest behaviour, or material supplied late or incomplete by you.
Your material & ownership
- You own your music. Recording with us does not give us any ownership of your songs, lyrics, or performances.
- You keep all master rights to material you create in your sessions.
- You confirm you have the right to record and use any material you bring, including samples and co-written work.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may use short clips or photographs from sessions and events to promote the studio. Tell us and we will not.
Files & delivery
Session files are delivered to a shared folder within 24 hours of your session ending. We keep project files for 12 months. After that they may be removed, so keep your own copy.
Mix revisions
Revision rounds continue until you are satisfied with the current mix direction. Structural creative changes (a different arrangement, new parts, a changed song) fall outside the original scope and may be re-quoted.
Conduct in the studio
The studio is a working room shared with other artists. We may end a session without refund for behaviour that is unsafe, damages equipment, or is directed at our staff or other clients. Illegal activity on the premises ends the session immediately.
The ARIA store & monthly plans
- Things in the store are sold for one payment or by the month, and some both ways. Which one you are buying, and the price, is shown before you pay. A tool bought for one payment is yours to keep, with no renewals.
- Anything monthly is charged each month until you stop it. You can stop it any time: a tool or a kit from the store, a plan from its own page. It stays open to the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
- Refunds. If a tool or a kit you paid for does not work or never reaches you, that is on us, and we refund what you paid for it in full. Otherwise, a tool or a kit bought for one payment can be refunded at 50% of what you paid: it is software you keep and could copy once you have it, which is why the refund is half and not all. Monthly plans are not refunded: you cancel, and the plan stays open to the end of the period you paid for. To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt.
- What you made in a tool stays yours to open after a monthly plan ends.
- Buying to own a tool you already pay for by the month stops that monthly payment at the end of the month you paid for.
- Payments are taken by Stripe, which emails your receipt. If something went wrong with a payment, reply to that receipt and a person here will put it right.
- Paying for anything in the store never buys a place in the collective.
3M crew bookings
The crew network at /3M, 3M Multimedia Group, is hosted on this site. For now ARIA Records LLC runs it: a crew booking or a 3M plan is an agreement with ARIA Records, which takes the payment and pays the crew. When 3M takes the network over, we will tell you before anything about your booking or plan changes.
- A company tells 3M about the event and 3M sends a quote: one price for the crew, and the date it is due, which is never later than the event. The quote also shows any discount for paying early, or late fee for paying after the due date.
- You can decline a quote before you pay it, and nothing is owed.
- Paying confirms the crew. The money is held until the job is done, then released to the crew.
- A paid crew booking cannot be cancelled on this site, and its date cannot be moved: the crew are booked for that day. To cancel one, contact us. What you get back depends on how long before the event starts we hear from you.
- 7 days or more before: 90% of what you paid. From 48 hours up to 7 days before: 50%, since the crew have held the date and turned other work away. Less than 48 hours before: no refund.
- If we cannot staff your event, you get back everything you paid.
- A card you pay with can be kept on file with Stripe for next time. You can remove it any time from your company page.
Priority crew & Company Pro
Priority crew and Company Pro are 3M's monthly plans. Each is charged every month until you cancel it, which you can do any time from Manage billing on your 3M page. Nothing more is charged after that.
The Board
- Posts and replies are public. Do not post anything you would not want read by anyone.
- You are responsible for what you post and for any arrangement you make with another user.
- ARIA Records does not vet, endorse, or guarantee anyone you meet through the Board, including listed members, and is not party to agreements you make with them.
- We may remove posts or accounts, at our discretion, for spam, harassment, misrepresentation, or anything unlawful.
- Membership is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn.
Copyright & take-downs
Posts on the Board, reviews and photos on the Atlas, profiles, logos and reviews on 3M, and songs sent to us all come from the people who send them, and they must own them or have permission to use them. If you believe something on this site copies your work without permission, send our Copyright Agent a notice as set out below. We may also take down anything that is plainly infringing.
Copyright Agent, ARIA Records LLC
533 N. Nova Rd #113, Ormond Beach, FL 32174

ariarecordsofficial@gmail.com
This site is run by ARIA Records LLC, 533 N. Nova Rd #113, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, also known as ARIA Records, DJ Studio 37 by ARIA Records, DJ Studio 37, ariarecordsllc.com and the ARIA Atlas. Put "Copyright notice" in the subject line or on the envelope so it reaches the agent. For anything else, use the contact page.
To ask us to take something down
Send a written notice to the Copyright Agent, by email or by post. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512), it must include:
- Your signature, written or electronic, as the owner or as someone allowed to act for the owner.
- The work you say has been copied or, if one notice covers several works on this site, a representative list of them.
- The material you want removed, with enough to find it on this site. A link is best.
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner.
If a notice is missing something but tells us the work, the material and how to reach you, we will contact you promptly to complete it. When a complete notice arrives, we take the material down promptly, tell the person who posted it, and may send them a copy of your notice.
If something of yours was taken down by mistake
Send the Copyright Agent a counter notice. It must include:
- Your signature, written or electronic.
- What was removed, and where it was on this site before it came down.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or because it was wrongly identified.
- Your name, address and phone number.
- A statement that you consent to the federal court for the district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any district where ARIA Records LLC can be found), and that you will accept legal papers served on you by the person who sent the notice or their agent.
We send a copy of your counter notice to the person who sent the notice, and tell them the material goes back up in 10 business days. We put it back 10 to 14 business days after we receive your counter notice, unless our Copyright Agent first hears from them that they have filed a court action seeking an order to keep it down.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly post work that is not theirs. An account with three copyright take-downs in twelve months is closed, and we may close one sooner when the copying is plain and deliberate. A take-down reversed by a counter notice, or a notice that is withdrawn, does not count.
False notices
Anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents in a notice that material is infringing, or in a counter notice that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for the harm that causes, including costs and lawyers' fees (17 U.S.C. 512(f)). If you are not sure a use is infringing, for example because it may be fair use, ask a lawyer before you send a notice.
Liability
Our total liability for any booking or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes fall to the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
